The "Sis" Branch (b. July, 1914 -- February 14, 2005)
Irma "Sis" Wilhite
Sis was the youngest surviving child of Papa Wilhite and Mama Bea. She was a nurse by profession. She had one son James ‘Duke’ Wilhite. She loved beautiful things and her home was well appointed with fine China, linens, jewelry, perfume and classic furniture. She also loved roses and had a lovely rose garden and a vegetable garden also. She was a giving person and she loved family. She played strong roles in directing the lives of not only her own child, but grandchildren, nieces and nephews. If you needed anything, food, a place to stay, etc., she was there for you. She was also a true Wilhite, so you better not cross her 🙂
